Star of Kpians, Priska Iwuoha is excited! The
actress who started acting in 2001 while studying at the Obafemi Awolowo
University, played a major role on Femi Lasode’s Stolen Treasures and she says she just can’t get over it!
“It was quite exciting,”
gushed Priska, who plays the role of Kiata, a city babe in the flick which
seeks to create awareness about Nigeria’s stolen artefacts. “It afforded me an
opportunity to interact with so many veterans. I don’t think anyone has been as
privileged as I was working with those stars. I had the time to meet with
people like Eddie Ugbomah, Jide Kosoko, Clarion Chukwura, Gbenga Richards,
Larry Williams, George Eyo and Seyi Allen among a host of others.”
Prisca says what made the
experience so exciting was the fact that as a tot, she used to watch them on TV
and the fact that she was now interacting with them was just mind blowing!
“It was an exciting time
out having to sit with them and talk with them. It was a time of learning for
me. Seeing how far they have come and their willingness to teach was good
energy for me as a young aspiring actress. I could see the passion and love and
it was so overwhelming; they made me feel so special
It was great. Happy we
pulled it off!”
