Boss of SnowCity Entertainment, Don Kwaffy is set to tie the knot in a fairy tale wedding to his bride, Susan, on December 17, at Makurdi Sheraton Hotel, Old GRA, Makurdi, Benue State capital. Apostle Paul Amakhabi The Rock of Salvation Ministry, Ijesha, Lagos, marked its 12th anniversary in grand style recently in Lagos in a five-day ceremony which attracted men of God. After months of hard work and research, Reggae act, Uncle Ziko is set to drop a brand new album entitled His Grace on Sunday, October 2 ,   at GPA Auditorium, Aboaba Afilaka Avenue, off Collage Road, Ogba, Lagos. Reggae music act, Uncle Ziko is bereaved! The singer lost his dad recently after a protracted illness and insiders say the act is devastated. Late Chinekezie Inyama, an indigene of Akurubi Uti in Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA of Imo State died at the ripe age of 107. At the time of his death he was the oldest man in the village. “This is really a sad time for me because I was very close to my dad. I will miss him for a very long time. My joy is that I know that he is in the bosom of our Lord. I will also remember him for his large heart and sense of humour,” Uncle Ziko told Tonyogagablog. Uncle Ziko started music with a group called The Mentors in Imo State and released an album in2001 after which he went solo, released an album and shot some videos. However he had to take a break to repackage himself. Now he is poised to return to centre stage with his new gospel reggae album featuring Buchi and Righteousman.

UK based fast rising gospel musician, Michael Pounds, has released a brand new single entitled Yahweh. In a chat with Entertainer the gospel act who started singing at the age of eight said that the response for Yahweh has been overwhelming: "The response has been great and I am calling on all my fans to watch out for my latest single Yahweh." Commenting on how he gets inspiration for his songs he said: "I get inspiration mostly during my prayer time and when I am in my bathroom. What inspired Yahweh was that I had two horrible accidents last year and this year. I lost two very valuable cars but not my life. Consequently, I wandered why all that happened to me and I couldn't praise God for a couple of days. Following the successful release of her debut single, Let Us Be, fast rising act, Asikey is set to drop her EP entitled Human. Commenting, the singer said: "Fans should expect captivating music videos to accompany the audio releases. Keep an eye out for the official track listing of the EP which would be made known on my social media platforms very soon." Human is a seven-track EP as well as Asikey's debut compilation since her signing to Pendulum Records Ltd in March  2015.  Human consists of songs in Afro-pop, alternative-rock, and soul genres. Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON), the nation’s sole government approved collective management organization for musical works and sound recordings, steadfast in its recent promise of an unprecedented show down with copyright infringers and royalty defaulters in Nigeria, has filed a N16 Billion law suit at the Federal High Court in Lagos against telecommunications giant, MTN, for copyright infringement. This is the biggest copyright law suit ever in the continent of Africa with 18 separate claims endorsed on the writ supported by a 43 paragraph Statement of Claim filed by Lagos Intellectual property lawyer, Mr. Justin Ige of Creative Legal.
