Waje’s daughter comes of age

Recently, vocal power house, Wake, got a shocker from her daughter, Emerald Ogochukwu, when she requested that her daughter, who clocked 16 last year join her in bed. To her shock, her teenage daughter had turned her down insisting that she preferred her own room.

Obviously shocked, Waje had taken to twitter and posted the following message: “What's with these teenagers? Come and sleep in mums room with mum and I get "No"! Why? She says I like my room. Outgrowing me already?”

Waje, just take it easy, the young shall grow.

Waje celebrated her birthday in grand style last year when she turned 16. She presented her with customised necklace and posted a message on social media stating that march 28, the day she was born is the most beautiful day of her life.
