Eddie Ugboma set to mark 75th birthday

Film veteran, Eddie Ugboma, is wrapping up plans for a superlative 75th birthday anniversary which comes up later in the year.
According to sources, no stone would be left unturned in making sure the anniversary celebrations would be a blast!
 “It’s triple joy for Eddie Ugbomah as a committee has just been set up to organise a befitting three days program to honour Chief Eddie Ugbomah on his 75th Birthday, his 50 years plus in the entertainment industry, the lunch of his autobiography and the induction of new members into his Movie and Music Markers Hall of Fame,” the source disclosed, adding that plans are also being perfected to give thank you awards to those who helped to build his life in so many ways.
The source stated that those due for awards include ex-president Alhaji Shehu Shagari, General Tony Hananiya, General Olusegun Obasanjo, General Domcat Bali, General Ibrahim Babaginda, General T.Y Danjuma and AVM Dan Suleman, while post humus awards would be given to Late General Shuwa, Late General Jalo and Late Brigadier Ibrahim Bako.
Meanwhile, to crown it all, there will be a musical concert which features over 30 entertainers. In a career spanning over 50 years, Eddie Ugboma shot over 14 movies on celluloid among others.
