is set for the launch of Segun Shobayo, KSA’s ex-guitarist’s debut album which
holds on Sunday, June 15, at the Blue Ribbon Centre, Lagos.
Shegesho
as he is popularly known jetted back home for the release of his debut album
entitled I Command My Hands To Praise The Lord, a couple of weeks back
amid promises that the album would soon be released into the Nigerian market.
Powered
by Royalty Christian Centre, the launch would also feature an album release
concert featuring the likes of Monique, Big Bob, Swat Team, Royal Minstrel,
Tosin Sosax and Sax Tee among a host of others.
Commenting,
the multi instrumentalist whose music career began at the age of 10 at the
Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Lagos, said that he was overjoyed that at last,
his debut album would hit the Nigerian market: “It’s taken quite a while to
record and I can assure Nigerians that this is a gospel music album with a
difference. I am overjoyed; in fact it’s a collectors’ item."
