WHY I AM CAMPAIGNING FOR JIMI AGBAJE - QUEEN BLESSING EBIGIESON

*Releases Ejomiko
Actress and movie producer, Queen Blessing Ebigieson, has opened up on why she is supporting Jimi Agbaje for the Lagos State guber race which holds on April 11.
“Jimi Agbaje is my candidate for the governorship elections and the reason I am campaigning for him is that I feel that he is the man Lagos needs. I voted for him in the past and when he lost the election I was like what went wrong?” Blessing told The Entertainer in an exclusive chat recently, adding that as the countdown to the 2015 elections gathers momentum, it is not enough for her to just vote.
“I must go out there and campaign for him and make people see why Jimi Agbaje should be governor of Lagos State. He is a man that will drive development in the state.”
To prove that she means business, the actress is putting her money where her mouth is as she has set up an organisation dedicated to campaigning for Agbaje christened I Believe in Agbaje (IBA).
“IBA is an acronym for I believe in Agbaje. In Yoruba IBA also means respect.
Agbaje is a man that I respect so much and I believe he has the interest of the masses at heart. And don’t forget  that I am coming from a place were not having means deprivation and poverty. I have a foundation and I talk to poor people and they cry out about what they are going through.
“Campaigning for Agbaje has helped me know him even more. He puts the people before his ambition for Lagos State. I am ready to go to any length to make people see Agbaje as the man for Lagos. I am not a card carrying member of any party but I believe in Agbaje.”
Recently, an actress declared that she was ready to die for President Goodluck Jonathan. Does she feel the same way about Agbaje whom she believes so much in?
“No, that is rather extreme. Politics is not a do or die affair,” she responds.
Meanwhile, Queen only recently released her latest self produced movie entitled Ejomiko.
