Why I acted hot romantic scene-Fiona Garba
Triangle
features a couple of hot romantic scenes and the stars of the scenes are fast
rising actress, Fiona Garba and IK Ogbonna.
Female fans mob Dandy Chima
USA based actor and Nollywood
debutante, Dandy Chima, who plays the role of Ralph was no doubt the Lady’s man
for the evening. As a consequence of his delivery, as soon as credits began to
roll for Triangle, female fans
couldn’t wait to lay their hands on him as they kept requesting for autographs
and selfies.
“I’m overwhelmed,” Dandy
confessed to Tonyogagablog, I’m glad
the movie turned out well. I’m really delighted to be here tonight. I want to
tell all my fans out there especially my female fans to watch out for me”
IK Ogbonna dazzles in comic role
If there is one word that
captures top model and actor, IK Ogbonna’s delivery in Triangle, it’s superlative! Ike, who played the role of Jefferey, a gigolo who eventually falls in love with Zainab (Fiona Garba) interpreted his role so well which was a departure from his normal roles
Commenting on his role,
director of the movie, Chibuike Ibe said: “Ike’s a versatile actor and that was
why I chose him for the role. His role was very special to me. Before he came
on set I told him how challenging it would be because he would be playing a
role he has not played before. I’m glad he delivered. You could see the way he
cried while expressing the comic side of his character.”
Triangle is all about
the new Nollywood-Don Kwaffy
Meanwhile, the Executive Producer
of the movie, Don Kwaffy (Iorember Simon Kwaffy), the CEO of Snow City
Entertainment, has declared that Triangle
is all about what he described as the new Nollywood.
“Triangle is all about the
new Nollywood. It is a totally fresh breath for Nollywood. The script was unpredictable, there were no
fetish practices and voodoo and I saw it going places and keeping people
staying glued to the screen and besides, the cast was dynamite so we decided to
shoot it!
On how much was spent: “We
put in a couple of millions to make this work and we are still spending so I
can’t give you a figure. Snow City Entertainment is an entertainment outfit
founded on the need to encourage talents in the arts and also promote charity.
Snow City Entertainment is an offshoot of Don Kwaffy Global Services. I believe
so much in Nollywood because I believe that there could be a better Nollywood.”
