SEYI SHEY, WIZKID TO ELECTRIFY 'MUSIC MEETS RUNWAY

Finally, the organisers of Music Meets Runway (MMR), have unveiled artistes that will headline this year’s edition of the popular music and fashion show which holds on 23 December at Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Tagged MMR African Edition, this year, Music Meets Runway is expanding its frontier across the continent by including participation of fashion and music stakeholders across the continent.
According to a statement from the platform, Wizkid will lead a host of stars including Mpumi from South Africa, Sauti Sol from Kenya and Efya from Ghana. Other Nigerian stars are Patoranking, DJ Cuppy and Seyi Shay.
Music Meets Runway is an annual fashion and music event which features fashion collections presented alongside live performances by popular music acts. Over the years, the platform has grown to become a permanent staple in end-of-the-year-calendar-offerings of Nigerian fashion and entertainment. 2face Idibia, Neacto C, D’banj, Davido, Tiwa Savage, Iyanya, Basketmouth, Dr. Sid, D’Prince, Femi Kuti have all graced Music Meet Runway stage within the Last four years.
Designers who will grace this years event are Sunny Rose from Nigeria, Osei Duro from Ghana, KIkoromeo from Kenya, Kola Kuddus from Nigeria, Neville Masondo from South Africa and Mademoiselle Aglaia from Nigeria. MMR was recently endorsed by the Ministry of Culture & Tourism.
